Beam launcher is a special heavy equipment used to erect precast concrete beams on bridge piers during the construction of highway and railway bridges. The beam launcher is mainly composed of the main beam, front, middle and rear outriggers, auxiliary brackets, upper beams, cranes, traverse rails, hydraulic machine electrical systems, etc.

Henan Dafang Heavy Machine CO.,LTD developed a new type of beam launcher after improving the original beam launcher. The beam launcher has a lightweight structure, uses counterweights to balance to through holes, and walks forward, so there is no need to lay tracks on the beam surface. It can erect straight, curved, and longitudinally equal-span and variable-span double-line prestressed concrete whole-hole box girder. It has the characteristics of good beam hoisting stability, high working efficiency, safety and reliability, convenient variable span adjustment, and convenient operation.

Advantages

The main beam adopts a truss structure, which has the advantages of light weight, large load, and strong wind resistance.
The pin and bolt link is disconnected every 12 meters, which is convenient for transfer and transportation.
Adopting walking forward, the middle outrigger does not walk on the bridge deck, so there is no need to erect a longitudinal moving track. This can save construction costs and improve erection efficiency.
The outrigger has an adjustable angle core plate, which can adapt to the inclined bridge at any angle below 45°.
The vehicle is equipped with Siemens or Schneider electric spare parts as standard
